Free in the Benelux, €10 to the rest of the EU

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg for free, with no minimum order value. For other countries within the European Union, you pay a flat rate of €10. Every order is insured, tracked, and requires a signature upon delivery.

The exact amount is always shown in the shopping cart before you checkout. We do not deliver to Cyprus and Malta. Areas outside the European Union's VAT zone are also excluded from our shipping, such as the Canary Islands, Madeira, and French overseas territories.

Insured and with signature

Every order is insured during transport and requires a signature upon delivery. This means someone must be present to sign for it. Your device will not be left in the mailbox or delivered to the neighbors without a signature. This ensures that your order reaches the right hands.

Delivery times

Ordered before 16:00 on a working day?

Your order will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium, your order usually arrives the next day, except on Sundays.

Ordered after 16:00, on the weekend, or on a public holiday? Your order will be shipped on the next working day.

For Luxembourg and other EU countries, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days. Upon shipment, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

With the Battery upgrade option (+€29 to +€69, depending on the model), shipping may take 1 working day longer, as the battery is installed and tested first.

Track & trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to follow your package right to your front door.

Delivery failed?

Because we ship with signature required, someone must be present to sign. If no one is home, the courier will leave a message and your package will be taken to a nearby pickup point. You usually have 7 days to collect it. Please bring a valid form of identification.
