Refurbished.nu is a Dutch online shop for refurbished iPhones. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the other EU countries. We are part of Global Tech Solutions B.V., a Dutch company with more than 15 years of experience in the smartphone industry. We bring that knowledge to the online refurbished market.

We believe you do not need a new device to get a premium experience. Our mission is to make high-quality refurbished iPhones accessible to everyone, at a fair price and with the security of a 2-year warranty.

Our process

Every device goes through a fixed quality process:

Fully online

Refurbished.nu is a fully online shop. We do not have a physical store where you can view or collect products. All orders are delivered to your home by PostNL, insured and with track & trace. When faster delivery is possible, we sometimes choose DHL.

Shipping is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. To the other EU countries shipping costs €10. We do not ship to Cyprus and Malta.

Every shipment is delivered with signature on receipt. So someone must be present to sign.
