Every device at Refurbished.nu is checked and classified into one of three conditions. The difference lies in the aesthetic appearance, not in the functionality. Every device is fully operational, regardless of the condition you choose.

What a condition does and does not say The condition describes what the device looks like. Scratches and signs of use do not affect the functionality, speed, or lifespan. A device in Visible signs of use works exactly the same as a device in As good as new and receives the same 24-month warranty.

As good as new

Best condition

For those who want the new phone experience without the new phone price.

Screen. Flawless or nearly flawless. Upon close inspection, at most minimal micro-scratches that are not noticeable during normal use.

Housing. In excellent condition. Barely distinguishable from a new device during daily use.

Functionality. Fully functional, reset, and SIM-free. Receives the latest iOS updates supported by the model.

Most popular

The best balance between price and appearance.

Screen. May show light scratches. These are visible if you look specifically for them and are barely noticeable during normal use.

Housing. Light signs of use, such as small scratches on the back or along the edges.

Functionality. Fully functional, reset, and SIM-free. Receives the latest iOS updates supported by the model.

Lowest price

For those who care more about functionality than aesthetics.

Screen. Clearly visible scratches. These are on the surface and do not affect the screen quality or touch control.

Housing. Clear signs of use. Think of deeper scratches, scuffs, dents, or discoloration along the edges. A case covers most of this.

Functionality. Fully functional, reset, and SIM-free. Receives the latest iOS updates supported by the model.

Choose this condition consciously. The signs of use are visible to the naked eye. If you want a device that looks almost unused, choose Lightly used or As good as new.

Every device has been used before and may show signs of wear consistent with the chosen condition. If your device does not meet your expectations, you can make use of your 30-day reflection period. You do not need to provide a reason for this.
